“Michigan Yakshagana Sangha is a nonprofit organization with 501(c)3 status and registered in Michigan. The Sangha is exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. The specific purpose and objectives of the Michigan Yakshagana Sangha shall include, but not be limited to preserve and promote cultural, literary, educational, charitable and other humanitarian activities related to the art and artists of Yakshagana and other arts in and outside of United States of America.”
